PI DAY TERRAIN PARK COMPETITION
*Must register ahead of time and have valid daily lift ticket or season pass for 3/14.
SCHEDULE:
10AM TERRAIN PARK OPENS
12PM COMPETITIONS STARTS, FIRST WILL BE THE RAIL JAM, THEN SNOW COMPETITION AND ENDING WITH THE BORDERCROSS
AGE CATEGORES (skier & snowboard):
14 & UNDER
15+
OPEN (open to anyone of all ages)
EVENT DESCRIPTIONS:
Rail Jam- A rail will be picked for all and prize will go to the best trick from each age category for skiers & snowboarders
SNOW (also called slush) Competition- Similar to P-I-G in basketball, without doing the lettering. A trick will be picked if you complete the trick you move on the next round, if not you are eliminated, until we are down to the King/Queen of the SNOW!
BORDERCROSS- This is a race, skiers and snowboarders will be placed in small groups, on a set course (2 or 3 loops), within their age group. The first one to cross the finish lines wins and moves on to the next round, amount of rounds will depend on number of participants.
PRIZES:
All participants will get an MNSAA facemask. First place Winners will walk home with a FRESH PIE of their choosing to celebrate this Pi Day Compeition! Other prizes will include a small assortment of MSG Branded Gear, Colab Gloves, Rossignol Branded Accessories, and Fast Wax!
